TRAVELLER INFORMATION

WHAT IS THE TESTING WINDOW FOR THE PRE-DEPARTURE PCR TEST?

Test must be done within 48 – 72 hours prior to the time of departure of your flight depending on the specific requirements of your destination country.

For example, if the traveller’s scheduled time of departure for Singapore is 15 September 2021, 1030 hours, the test must be taken no earlier than 13 September 2021, 1030 hours.

Travellers must book an appointment and allocate sufficient lead time when scheduling a test appointment.

Travellers are responsible for checking the testing window requirements of their destination country and if the clinic can meet the required timeline.

Do allocate adequate time to take and receive test results before departure from Singapore.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED FOR THE PRE-DEPARTURE PCR TEST?

Please bring the following documents for your PCR swab test:

Identity card (for Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and long-term pass holders)
Passport
Flight booking details showing the departure timing

WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY COVID-19 TEST RESULTS?

COVID-19 PCR Test: Results will be ready within 24 hours.
COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART): Results will be ready in 15 minutes.
COVID-19 Serology tests: Results will be ready in 1 – 2 working days.

Travellers will receive a notarised digital test result certificate or Digital HealthCert issued by the laboratory/clinic by SMS/email.

Hard copies of results are available on request.

*In the event that delay in results delivery occur due to unforeseen circumstances, the clinic would not be held responsible for any missed flights.
